How should I prepare for my tattoo appointment?
To make sure your tattoo session goes as smoothly and comfortably as possible, here are a few steps you can take to prepare:
Get a good night’s sleep – Being well-rested helps your body handle the process better.
Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water the day before and the day of your appointment.
Eat a full meal – Don’t arrive on an empty stomach. Eating beforehand helps stabilize your blood sugar and avoid lightheadedness.

Bring distractions if needed – Feel free to bring headphones, music, or something to help pass the time during your session.
Take care of your skin – Avoid sunburns, heavy tanning, or major skin irritations in the area to be tattooed.
